What is the ruling when palms that have shown flowers but not been pollinated, or trees with undeveloped fruit, are sold, and the buyer subsequently becomes bankrupt after the fruit is lost, partially lost, increased, or shows signs of ripeness?

Primary text
The undeveloped fruit is included in the absolute sale. If bankruptcy occurs after loss, partial loss, increase, or showing ripeness, the ruling follows the rule for the partial loss and attached increase of the sold item, as the sold item was treated as a single entity, which is why the fruit entered the absolute sale, distinguishing it from the previously mentioned case.
