What is the ruling on the right of retrieval if the purchased good is dyed or altered?
General Chapter

Book of the Insolvent (Bankruptcy)
Primary text
If a purchased garment is dyed or crushed wheat (suwayq) is pulverized, the right of retrieval remains, because the original substance's identity, though altered in form, is still discernible. The right to take the item still exists, distinguishing it from the case of indistinguishable mixing.
