What is the ruling if the saplings grow (increase) while on the land?

If the saplings increase in the land, this constitutes an attached improvement. According to the position stated by Al-Kharqi, this increase prevents the original owner from reclaiming the saplings. According to the narration by Al-Maimuni, it does not prevent reclamation.
