Primary text
If the sold item is game, and the buyer becomes bankrupt while the seller is in the state of Ihram (consecrated for pilgrimage), the seller does not have the right of reclamation. This is because the acquisition of the game was invalid due to the seller's Ihram state, similar to the prohibition of purchasing game while in Ihram.
