Primary text

If the seller is lawful in the Haram and the game is in the Hill, and the buyer becomes bankrupt, the seller has the right to reclaim it. The prohibition on game applies only to game found within the Haram, and since this game was not hunted within the Haram, it is not prohibited in relation to the seller.
