Primary text
If the creditors pay the price to the bankrupt buyer, who then pays the seller, the seller does not have the right to revoke the sale (Faskh). This is because the inability (Ajz) to deliver the price has been removed, thereby extinguishing the right of revocation, just as if the other creditors had waived their claims against the bankrupt, enabling him to pay the price.
