Is a disheartener or saboteur entitled to a share of the spoils of war (ghanimah) for their horse?

The disheartener (murjif) or the saboteur (mukhkhil) who participates in the raid on horseback is not entitled to any share, nor is their horse entitled to one. This is based on the principle already established regarding their status.
