Disposition of a hostile individual who enters Muslim lands accidentally (lost or windblown)?

If an individual from the enemy territory enters due to being lost or being driven by wind on a vessel, in one narration from Ahmad, the spoils go to the one who captured him. In another narration, such a person becomes public war booty (fay').
