Is the Imam's private banishment of a man equivalent to a public call for mobilization (Nafir)?

If the Imam tells a specific man to leave and not accompany him due to anger, this action does not constitute a valid public call for mobilization (Nafir). The intention was only for that individual, and the man remains excluded from the Imam's company until the Imam permits him.
