Is it permissible to leave the Friday Sermon (Khutbah) for mobilization?

If the call for mobilization arises while the Imam is delivering the Friday sermon, the people should not depart. Furthermore, horses should only be mobilized based on a genuine enemy threat, not for the sake of retrieving an absconding slave, to prevent public calamity over a slave's absence.
