Can a raider feed his hunting falcon or dog from the captured supplies?

If a raider possesses a falcon or hunting dog, he is not permitted to feed it from the spoils. If he does feed it, he is liable for the value of what he fed it because these animals are for leisure and adornment, not required for the campaign, unlike horses.
