A man intending to embark on Jihad is advised to adhere to Ash-Sham and its people, and subsequently, remain bound to Ashkelon within Ash-Sham. When the millstone turns (i.e., tribulations occur) among the Ummah, the inhabitants of Ashkelon will be in comfort and well-being.
