What is the ruling on giving a fixed monetary reward for bringing specific provisions, such as Roman flour, intended for the sustenance of captives?

It is permissible to offer a dinar for bringing a specific measure of Roman flour intended for the food of the captives. There is no objection to accepting this dinar.
