Primary text

If Muslim forces capture the property and her children before the conversion of the captor, and the original Muslim owner is identified, the property must be returned to the original owner. The children born to her during the captor's ownership are considered spoils of war (ghanimah) because they came into existence after the disbelieving captor gained ownership of their mother.
