Is the share of war spoils assigned to a horse rented for Jihad also assigned to the renter?

Book of Jihad
Primary text
The share of war spoils assigned to a horse that was rented for Jihad and used in the fighting belongs to the renter. There is no known disagreement on this matter. This is because the renter has a necessary and fixed entitlement to the benefit derived from the horse, making his entitlement absolute, similar to the entitlement of the horse's owner.
