Must the body of a deceased non-Muslim trader who died in Hijaz be transported elsewhere for burial?

If the trader dies in Hijaz, they are to be buried there because transporting the body causes hardship. Given that remaining for illness is permissible, burial of the deceased in that place is considered more appropriate.
