Is it permissible for a Muslim to teach a Zoroastrian boy a portion of the Quran?

Teaching a Zoroastrian boy any portion of the Quran is disliked (Makruh) unless the boy accepts Islam. If the boy does not convert, there is apprehension that the Quran will be placed where it does not belong (disrespected). However, teaching him to send blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) is permissible.
