Is Jizya accepted from women in a besieged fort that contains only women?

If Muslims besiege a fort containing only women and they offer Jizya to establish the covenant of protection (*dhimma*), the covenant is established with them without any payment. Their enslavement is forbidden, similar to the case of the individual woman previously mentioned.
