Is a non-Muslim trader permitted to remain in Hijaz if they fall ill?

If a non-Muslim trader falls ill in Hijaz, remaining there is permitted because moving the sick person causes undue hardship. It is also permissible for those tending to the sick person to remain, as they cannot do without them.
