What is the ruling if a Muslim builds next to a dhimmi's already tall house, or if a dhimmi buys a tall house from a Muslim?

If a Muslim builds a house next to a dhimmi's existing tall house, or if a Muslim builds a shorter house next to the dhimmi's house, or if a dhimmi purchases a tall house from a Muslim, the dhimmi is permitted to inhabit that house. The dhimmi is not required to demolish it because in these scenarios, the dhimmi has not elevated anything over the Muslims.
