What is the consequence if witnesses retract after the execution of the judgment, regardless of whether it involved property or penalty?

If the retraction occurs after the execution of the judgment, the ruling stands, and the recipient is not obliged to return anything, as the judgment was completed by the fulfillment of its decree and the receipt of the right by the entitled party. The matter then reverts to the witnesses.
