Testimony regarding suckling necessitates stating that the child drank directly from the breast or from milk drawn from the breast, and the precise number of sucklings must be stated. This specificity is required because individuals differ on the number of sucklings that establishes prohibition, and they also differ on what constitutes forbidden suckling. Furthermore, testimony that the child is her son by suckling is insufficient unless it is specified that this occurred within the first two years of life, due to differing opinions on what age makes one a son via suckling.
