Primary text
If one witness claims personal intent while being ignorant of the other's intent, the other witness must be questioned. If the second witness also claims personal intent while ignorant of the first's intent, Qisas is due from both due to mutual admission of intent. If the second witness claims they both intended it, Qisas is due from the first, and there are two opinions regarding the second. If the second witness states they both erred, there is no Qisas on either.
