What is the liability for witnesses (Shahid al-Far') if they retract their testimony after the judge has ruled based on their testimony, which relied on prior witnesses (Shahid al-Asl)?

If two secondary witnesses (Shahid al-Far') testify based upon the testimony of two original witnesses (Shahid al-Asl), and the judge rules based on the secondary witnesses, the secondary witnesses are liable for damages (Dhaman) if they retract their testimony. There is no known disagreement concerning this ruling.
