What is the liability upon witnesses who testify to a divorce if the husband subsequently retracts the marriage testimony?

If two witnesses testify to a divorce subsequent to the marriage testimony, no liability falls upon those divorce witnesses. This is because their testimony did not deprive the man of anything he was claiming, nor did it obligate him to something that was not already incumbent upon him.
