Primary text
If the claimant alleges only one of two distinct acts that have been independently supported by adequate testimony (e.g., only claiming one of two allegedly stolen bags, or only one of two thefts on different days or places, or only one of two differently described usurped items), only the act claimed is established for him due to the lack of claim for the other.
