What is the ruling if the claimant presents one witness without taking an oath, and then requests the oath of the defendant, and subsequently brings another witness?

Primary text
If the claimant presents a single witness, does not swear with him, and requests the defendant's oath, the defendant shall be sworn. If the claimant subsequently brings another witness, the evidence is complete, and judgment is rendered based upon it, similar to the previously discussed situation. This is because the initial single witness, absent an accompanying oath, necessitates the defendant's oath to complete the proof. The subsequent witness completes the necessary two-witness requirement for full judgment.
