Is adherence to these rules of precedence a condition for the validity of a judicial ruling?

There is no disagreement that most of these stipulated courtesies are not conditions for the validity of the judgment. If the judge prioritizes the later-arrived litigant, or prioritizes those present over those who arrived earlier, the ruling remains valid.
