Are the guardians appointed by the judge retained in their post?

The guardians (*umana' al-hakim*) to whom the judge has delegated oversight of matters concerning minors and the distribution of bequests for which no specific executor (*wasi*) was named must be confirmed in their positions if their condition remains unchanged. This is affirmed because the preceding judge appointed them to the role.
