Primary text

If a judge rules on a right, and the judgment debtor leaves the area before fulfillment, or if the claimant proves a right against an absent party and obtains a judgment, or if the defendant flees before a ruling is issued against them, the judge must provide the claimant with a written record of the judgment or the established proof for delivery to the judge of the defendant's location. In these cases, the receiving judge must accept and enforce the writing, regardless of the distance between the courts, as a judge's ruling must be enforced by all other judges.
