Is the judge permitted to prompt the claimant in properly writing the lawsuit?

There are two possibilities regarding whether the judge may instruct the claimant on how to formalize the lawsuit if the claimant fails to do so properly. The first view permits it, as there is no harm to the party involved. The second view prohibits it, as it constitutes assisting one of the two litigants in the judicial contest.
