Primary text

If the judge is suspicious of the testimony, the witnesses must be separated, and each questioned individually regarding the specifics of their testimony, such as who testified first, whether they wrote notes, the location, month, and day of the testimony, and whether they were alone. If they differ on these details, their testimony is invalidated. If they agree, the judge proceeds to investigate their general integrity.
