Primary text

A judge's letter from a judge in Egypt is acceptable when sent to another judge in Egypt, to a village judge, or from a village judge to another village judge or a judge in Egypt. Furthermore, a letter from a judge to his deputy, or from his deputy back to him, is also accepted because it is a communication from one judge to another, equating to them being on the same level.
