How should precedence be determined when two or more parties appear simultaneously?

If two or more parties, or a group, arrive at the same time, lots must be drawn among them to determine precedence, as their rights are equal. If the number is large, their names are written on slips, placed before the judge, and drawn one by one to establish the order of hearing.
