Primary text
Legal agents and trustees should be instructed regarding Taqwa (fear of God) and gentleness towards litigants, and they should possess little greed. It is emphasized that they should be individuals of piety, moral integrity, and chastity, and they should not be elderly men or middle-aged men (shuyukh or kuhul) if better alternatives exist.
