Primary text
If the judge does not know the litigants, the record must state: A claimant alleging to be [Name] son of [Name], who brought with him a defendant alleging to be [Name] son of [Name]. Their lineage must be traced, and their physical descriptions must be stated, as reliance is placed upon these descriptions, given that lineage might be falsely claimed.
