Primary text
If the right-holder requests the judge to rule in his favor based on what is established in the record, the judge is obligated to rule in his favor, enforce the ruling, and state: 'I have ruled in his favor, I have obligated him to the right, I have enforced the judgment by it.' If the right-holder requests the judge to witness his judgment, the judge must do so to provide him with the legal documentation.
