What is the ruling regarding a guardian whose condition has changed?

If the condition of any appointed guardian has changed, the judge must dismiss him if he is deemed sinful (*fasq*). If the guardian's capacity has weakened (*dha'fa*), the judge must appoint another guardian to assist him.
