If the moral corruption (fisq) of the witnesses becomes apparent before the judge issues the ruling, the judge must not rule based on their testimony.
Supporting text
If the moral corruption of the witnesses only becomes apparent after the judgment has already been issued, the judge is not required to nullify the previous ruling.
