Primary text
The testimony of two witnesses, which was previously presented before a judge and subsequently rejected due to the witnesses' immorality (*fisq*), becomes void. Such testimony cannot be accepted again at a later time because once testimony is invalidated due to the unsuitability of the testifiers, it loses its validity permanently.
