Primary text
When claiming real estate, the location and boundaries must be clearly stated. The claimant must assert, 'This house, with its boundaries and rights, is mine, and it is unjustly in his possession, and I demand its return to me.' However, if the claim is merely 'This house is mine, and he is preventing me from it,' the claim is valid even without stating it is in his physical possession, as he may be disputing ownership and preventing access without having actual possession.
