Primary text

A judge's written order is enforceable in matters concerning monetary rights and anything leading to a financial claim. There are differing opinions on whether it applies to other matters. The opinion of the Shafi'is is that it is accepted for all rights pertaining to human beings, including physical injury, but there are two views regarding rights belonging solely to God (Hudud).
