Primary text

If the condition for a triple divorce is of a type that cannot reactivate after the second marriage, such as eating a specific loaf of bread, and the condition was met during the period of separation, the husband is not held liable for repudiation (Hinth) upon the second marriage. This is because the basis for repudiation would rely on the condition being met during the second marriage, which did not happen. Furthermore, it is impossible for the divorce to take effect by her eating it during the separation period because divorce does not take effect against an irrevocable divorcee (Al-Ba'in).
