What is the ruling on a conditional divorce (Talaq Mu'allaq) set upon giving one thousand dirhams?

If a husband states, 'If you give me one thousand dirhams, you are divorced,' and the wife gives him one thousand or more, the divorce occurs because the condition (the attribute) is met. If she gives him less than that amount, the divorce does not occur due to the absence of the condition.
