What is the ruling when a father says, 'Divorce her for one thousand from her wealth, and liability for guarantee (darak) rests upon me,' and the husband divorces her?

The divorce is irrevocable (ba'in) because it was done in exchange for compensation. The compensation is the father's liability for the guarantee (darak). The husband cannot demand the one thousand because he does not have the right to stipulate it.
