What is the ruling if a husband claims a Khul' (repudiation for compensation) occurred but the wife denies it?

If the husband claims the Khul' occurred and the wife denies it, the wife's denial is accepted, she is not obligated to pay compensation, and the burden of the oath falls upon her. The separation (bainuna) is established based on the husband's claim being accepted against the wife's denial of the contract itself.
