What is the ruling if a husband tells his wife, 'Divorce yourself if you guarantee me one thousand'?

If the wife guarantees the thousand and then divorces herself, the divorce takes effect, provided the husband has not revoked the arrangement prior to her action. If she guarantees the thousand but does not divorce, or if she divorces without guaranteeing the thousand, the divorce does not occur.
