If the house contains movable property, that property, whether small or large, known or unknown, belongs to the husband. If there is no movable property, he is entitled to the least amount that can be called movable property. This is based on the principle that the stated exchange is fulfilled by the least application of the term.

Al-Qadi and the companions of the People of Opinion (*Ashab al-Ra'y*) rule that she owes him the stipulated dowry. The strongest opinion follows the reasoning established in the previous section where the minimum accepted item fulfills the obligation.
