What is the ruling regarding compensation and divorce type if one wife is legally competent and the other is not, when they generally request divorce for a thousand?

If one wife is competent and the other is not, and the husband divorces them, the competent wife is liable for her proportion of the thousand, and her divorce is irrevocable (ba'in). The other wife is divorced with a revocable divorce (raj'i) and owes nothing.
