What is the ruling if the wife gives one thousand dirhams of poor quality due to coarseness, blackness, or irregular minting marks?

If the wife gives him one thousand dirhams of poor material quality due to coarseness, blackness, or irregular stamping (wahshat al-sikkah), the divorce occurs because the condition (the attribute of being dirhams) has been fulfilled.
